Personal Scale

While scale is a topic I think about a great deal, I appreciate that I make my living through coaching and running initiatives such as CBS, and intentionally work with a relatively small group of people.

I am curious: in your job, may it be working for brands in an ad agency, consulting a company looking to change the world, building software, or in art practice. How do you scale yourself?

Is it in reach of a product (say a book or a talk)? Is it in personal growth through lifelong learning and career dexterity? Building knowledge through books and webinars? Or something else entirely?

Prompt How do you scale yourself?
