Design, Communication, Organization

Some axioms in this diagram.

Design is the self, and then there is communication and organization. Articulating the self (putting language on intuition, one of the descriptors of my coaching practice) betters communication, which returns self-knowledge.

Communication in containers (meaning what we say) allows for developing ideas (/innovation), factoring their unknowingness and an unknown future.

Organizations that don’t rely on belonging (allow for criticality and effectively using the diversity bonus) allow for creativity (and not only production).
